The SGE Taizen Bath is not a bath of water as we are used to. It is in fact, a tub filled with small stone balls, which, when heated, naturally emit the same life-giving energy we receive from the sun and the earth called Super Growth Energy. When you come for your bath, your whole body is covered in little brown stones. You relax and experience the warming effects of the stones for between 9 and 20 minutes. After your bath, you enter the peaceful resting area where you can relax while your body begins rejuvenating itself. There are no negative side effects apart from slight dizziness or tiredness which fade quickly while you are resting. Stress dissipates and calm ensues, hence the name Taizen, meaning Calm in Japanese.
